Reflection QuestionFood Eat Food Before it SpoilsWhat types of foods are on your "eat this first" space in the refrigerator?
Alisa Reckinger 5/18/2020 12:39 PMWe're trying to be better about tracking and eating the fruits and veggies that we buy. Sometimes we just forget to include something in a recipe and then it's more likely it will be forgotten and spoil. We also sometimes aren't the best at eating up the last of the grains - like those last few tortillas or the final slices of break. -
Reflection QuestionFood Properly Store FoodDid you find that you were storing food incorrectly? Which items have you changed?
Alisa Reckinger 5/18/2020 12:37 PMI always have more to learn about produce. We've switched to keeping our herbs in a glass of water, and are paying more attention to when things like avocados should be left out vs. stored in the fridge.
